Due to its location on the edge of the Rim Village neighborhood, visitors are treated to beautiful unobstructed views of the Moab Rim, alfalfa fields, and impeccable sunset views. Being off the neighborhood's main road, our location boasts the quiet desert evening sounds of crickets and even the occasional coyote, with no traffic interference. The privacy makes the patio a favorite place to enjoy an evening drink and a rest from the day's fun events. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to a shared, seasonal pool and hot tub.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Eighty percent (80.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
